3. How to control small accounts bins?

The control is based on percentage of total accounts.

To control Character variables grouping, insert %let minkeepc=0.05; (meaning each group has to have 5% or more of total accounts).

To control Numeric variables grouping, insert %let minkeep=0.02; (meaning each bin has to have 2% or more of total accounts).
