To install the Windows version:
1. double click on the installation file OSB_WIN.exe.
2. click "NEXT" all the way until it finishes.
To install on a UNIX box:
1. In UNIX command line under home directory, type "mkdir model".
2. FTP (or some other way to move) the installation file OSB_Unix.tar to the newly made location.
3. In UNIX command line under the new location, type "tar xvf OSB_Unix.tar".
